Training Vouchers - Terms and Conditions
Availability and Usage
- Training Vouchers are only available to named organisations, are non-transferable and are valid for twelve months from the Start Date of the first course attended.
- Our normal booking process for courses applies i.e. bookings are confirmed in writing by a signed booking form. We advise you to book at least four weeks in advance to ensure availability on a specific date.
- Courses covered by Training Vouchers include:
Microsoft/Other –
Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Access, Project; Outlook; Publisher; Visio; FrontPage; MapPoint; Windows; ECDL.
Adobe/Macromedia/Other –
Acrobat; PageMaker; Photoshop; Illustrator; InDesign; QuarkXPress; Dreamweaver; Flash; Fireworks.
They do not include Technical (server or developer) or Soft Skills courses.
Payment
- Full payment for the Training Vouchers must be made prior to first course attendance.
- Please note that the fees chargeable for Training Vouchers are not subject to any preferential terms, which may or may not be in existence between The Software Practice and the customer.
Terms & Conditions
- Cancellations and transfers made are subject to our normal terms and conditions of business.
- Where 100% fees are applied this will result in the deduction of one customer Training Voucher.
Other
- No refunds are available for the Training Vouchers.
- Any unused courses remaining on the Training Voucher at the date of expiry cannot be refunded or transferred.
- The Software Practice reserves the right to modify schedules and discontinue courses from its Public training schedule during the validity period of the Training Vouchers.
- The Software Practice reserves the rights to amend Training Vouchers if required.
