 Do
I need to bring anything with me?
No - we provide everything - including
pen and paper, course manual, lunch and all refreshments
throughout the day.

What time do courses start and finish?
Courses start at 9.30am and finish at
4.30pm . We normally encourage people to arrive around
9.00am to ensure that the course can start on time.
 Is
lunch provided?
Yes - A buffet lunch is provided along with refreshments. Special dietary needs are catered for please request at time of course booking.
 What
sort of post-course support is included in the price?
We provide everyone with a course manual and unlimited FREE post-course support. The post course support covers only the topics covered during the course - so if you forget
how to do something you can contact us and we assist you with your query. Support is via phone or email.
How
do I know your trainers are any good?
We are the only Institute
of IT Training (IITT) Gold Partner in East Anglia! This means we have to pass a rigorous yearly quality assessment. We put, all our trainers through
the accredited Train the Trainer courses run by the as well as the appropriate Microsoft product
exams.
Trainers are selected for their ability
to teach, their knowledge of IT and the strength of their
personalities. All trainers have passed the required vendor
exams in the courses they teach.
 Do
I have to stick to the standard course content?
The course outlines we publish represent
suggested content. They act as a guide to the sort of
topics you may well be interested in. We are always happy
to arrange company-specific training with content tailored
to your exact requirements.
 What
if I am interested in a course that is not listed?
We are constantly developing new courses and updating existing ones.
Some may not be listed on the Web site yet. If you want
a course that's not listed, let us know - new courses
can often be arranged very quickly.
How do I know what course to attend?
If you are unsure, please call us and we
will discuss your needs and help you to decide on the
appropriate course. If necessary, we can supply a Skills
Analysis assessment form.
We can also help clarify your requirements
by carrying out a more detailed Training Needs Analysis
(TNA) if required. This is especially useful if you are
migrating to newer versions of software.
If
I am not satisfied with a course what will you do?
There is no simple answer to this question.
We aim to exceed our clients expectations at all times.
If you are not satisfied with a service we have provided
we would urge you to contact us immediately. We take all
criticism very seriously and aim to resolve problems to
your complete satisfaction.
