When TSP started working with us IT training didn't
have a particularly good name. We gave TSP a broad outline
of what we wanted to happen - e.g. a good name for IT
training, an individual experience for every delegate
(e.g. no sheep dip) and good quality training. With hindsight
that was a tall order. However, TSP have delivered excellent
work every time, often at short notice.

- Fantastic! - Moyna and her team always listen to
what we want, give feedback when they think we can
do things better and always sustain a very professional
image. It is always a pleasure to speak to TSP be it
to book courses or to talk about new projects. There
hasn't been an experience where a job has been too
much trouble. Bookings are simple and efficient either
over the web or phone and the joining instructions
always arrive in timely manner.
Training - Is always excellent, if anyone scores a
course at six out of ten or lower on any aspect of the
course someone always phones us to discuss it. It has
to be said that this hasn't happened very often at all.
TSP always take feedback, positive or otherwise, exceptionally
