We employ our own full-time trainers. They are all outstanding, albeit in different ways. When recruiting we look for:

To ensure and assess quality, our trainers undertake Microsoft MOS exams up to Expert level in the packages they teach.

Enhancing Quality
We are not complacent about quality and strive constantly to improve. Our trainers normally have one non-training day per week to work, under the guidance of our Training Manager, on:

• developing their knowledge
• devising new courses and exercises
• taking appropriate exams and tests
• developing our distinctive methodology
