We provide everyone with a full course manual and unlimited post-course support. This covers all course topics - so if you forget how to do something you can contact us and we will explain it again.

Public Courses cost from £125 per person per day. We do not try to undercut the competition so it is possible you can get a similar course slightly cheaper elsewhere. You will not get anything as good though and in the end the quality of the training is surely what counts more than anything. As one of the ex-presidents of Harvard University said - "If you think training is expensive, think about the cost of ignorance."

We provide all delegates with a certificate at the end of the course. We are also an accredited Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) and European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) testing centre and a great many of our courses are structured with recognised exams in mind.
